Here's what coach DP is starting his day with daily. This recipe will replenish you after a workout and will keep you full for hours.
Here's whats included:
Ingredients
- 200 ml ice
- 2 scoops of Collagen Peptides
- 1 Banana 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
- 2 Scoops of Greens
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or more if necessary)
- 2 scoops whey protein
