All products and services acquired from HeatXtreme LLC are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you receive from us. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may result in a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
HeatXtreme LLC does not warrant the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any claims, statements, or information on this Website. Further, HeatXtreme LLC makes no representations about the suitability of any of the information and/or products shown on this Website or any other website for any purpose.
Visitors who use this Website and rely on any information do so at their own risk. All products and information are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty or condition of any kind.
In no event shall HeatXtreme LLC be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or about the use of the content available on this Website.
Returns
We accept returns if the seal is unopened at your own shipping expense within 7 days of order date.
All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing customer services at info@heatxtreme.com
When shipping return items, you must provide delivery confirmation in order to confirm your refund. Once confirmed via email, your refund will be subjected to 15 percent restocking fee and shipping costs are non refundable.
After processing returns, please give 5 to 10 business days to receive your refund. Refunds are only issued to the same payment method of transaction.
Refunds/Subscription Cacnleation
Refunds for discounted purchases:
Any purchases made with a discount code, coupon, or on a sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. This means that if you purchase a product or service at a discounted price, you will not be able to return it or request a refund.
Lost or stolen merchandise:
HeatXtreme LLC is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or stolen during shipping. This means that if your merchandise goes missing or is stolen, you will need to contact the shipping service or the relevant authorities for assistance, as HeatXtreme LLC is not liable for such occurrences.
Non-refundable shipping costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. This means that if you decide to return a product or cancel an order, the shipping fees you paid initially will not be refunded.
Subscription cancellations and refunds:
Upon purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to pay a monthly fee for the duration of the subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by the account holder. If you purchased the subscription through the HeatXtreme App, you can cancel it by deleting your account on the app. However, if you purchased the subscription through app stores (such as Google Play or the App Store), you must cancel it through the respective app service.
Refunds for subscription purchases:
Refunds will not be issued for subscription purchases. This means that once you have paid for a subscription, you will not be able to request a refund for the amount paid.
Prorated refunds and cancellation timing:
If you decide to cancel your subscription during the current billing cycle, no refunds or prorated refunds will be issued. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must complete the cancellation process at least 10 days prior to the upcoming payment due date. If you fail to cancel before the new billing cycle starts, you will not receive a refund for the payment made.
Please note that these policies are specific to HeatXtreme LLC and may differ from other companies' refund and cancellation policies.
H.E.A.T. Challenge, H.E.A.T on demand, H.E.A.T. Live or any digital products and app.
No refunds or cancellations will be given after purchase of any challenge, H.E.A.T. On Demand or H.E.A.T. Live or Heatxtreme digital products on www.heatXtreme.com
All plans will be sent out to the email address that was submitted with the questionnaire about a week prior to the start of the Challenge.
All purchases made with a discount code, coupon, or on a sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
It is your responsibility to submit your questionnaire on time to receive your plan in a timely manner. If you submit an incorrect email address, we are not responsible for any delay in your purchase.
Access to Heat challenge workouts will expire once the challenge winners are announced. Workouts will NOT be available any longer.
Once the questionnaire has been submitted and a plan has been created, HeatXtreme LLC will not refund or create a new plan due to changing food preferences, availability to equipment, or any other reason.
The turnaround time for purchased plans is only an estimate and though we aim to send out your plan as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee you will receive your plan within the given time window.
All one on one call sales are final. In the event that you would like to reschedule a call, we must receive notice 72 hours prior to the appointed call time.
In the event that a you miss your call and would like to reschedule, there is a $5 processing fee.
In the event that a coach fails to dial in to a scheduled call, you will be able to reschedule that call, free of charge.
Shipping Restrictions
Any package that is not received by customer due to unavailability or due to incorrect shipping information will be subjected to additional shipping costs to reship. Package will not be reshipped until the previous package has been returned with proof sent to customer service email (info@heatxtreme.com). Additional reshipping costs will be paid by customer.
All orders with confirmed delivery with valid tracking information can not be refunded if customer can not locate the package. The customer will have to contact the courier for further information.
HeatXtreme LLC is not responsible if package is lost or damaged within transit.
Any order that is delivered to wrong address due to customer error are non refundable. If customer notices wrong address after it has been shipped, we are not responsible to change the address.
( Orders are shipped out same day if order is confirmed by 1 pm eastern time ).
International Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide.
Customer is responsible for the knowledge of taxes, laws and import regulations of their country. It is the purchaser's duty to collect package from foreign postal administration.
No refunds or returns are accepted for International shipping. All sales Final.
We are not held responsible for any additional taxes, duties, tariffs, or packing fees given by local custom office. These charges are separate fees and customer responsibility.
NO refunds will be given to any seized products at any local custom office.
It is your responsibility to submit you questionnaire on time to receive your plan in a timely manner.
If you submit an incorrect email address, we are not responsible for any delay in your purchase.
Custom Plans (excluding the Heat challenge)
Purchase of Custom Workout will expire 6 months after the user has purchased their plan.
HeatXtreme LLC will not issue refunds for plans that have not been used within 6 months of receipt.
Email/accountability support must be purchased to be eligible to receive custom plan adjustments, otherwise adjustments will not be made for the duration of the plan.
The link to your questionnaire will expire after 6 months and HeatXtreme LLC will not issue a refund for plan purchases wherein the questionnaire was not sent back to HeatXtreme LLC within the time-period stated above.
