
Raspberry Mango BCAA Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Berry Lemonade BCAAs
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a jar and serve.
