The Perfect Post Workout Smoothie
Handful organic spinach
1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 tablespoon organic cacao
Dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon organic smooth almond butter
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2-1 cup unsweetened almond milk (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
