Collagen Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut almond milk (or coconut milk)

  • ½ tsp matcha powder 

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1-2 scoops unflavored ShedFat collagen powder 2 scoops yields a VERY frothy latte! If you don't like lots of froth stick with 1 scoop!

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in the container of your high speed blender. 

2. Blend starting on low speed and increase to high for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is warm. 

3. After two minutes, turn off the machine, carefully remove lid (because warm steam will come pouring out) and pour into your favorite mug. 

4. Enjoy!
