- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Form into small balls.
3. Place in the freezer for 20- 30 minutes to set.
4. Store in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
