Blueberry Breakfast Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

  • 2 scoops ShedFat collagen peptides 

 

Instructions 

1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender.

2. Pop the lid and blend until smooth.

3. Pour it into your favorite glass and top with additional blueberries and coconut flakes if you like. 

4. Enjoy!
